1879 Pumping engines and boilers for Vienna Auxiliary Water Works, Pottschach, described and illustrated in Engineering.[2]

1888 Portable electric light plant described in 'Engineering'.
1888 Description and illustration of an underground pumping engine erected in the Petershaft, near Michalkowitz, in Moravia, by Breitfeld, Danek, and Co. to the designs of Professor A. Riedler, of Berlin, and late of Aachen. [4]
1891-1904 Supplied four steam pumping engines to provide hydraulic power for cranes, etc, in the old port of Trieste. The 150 IHP engines were built to the design of W. G. Armstrong and Co. The engines are conserved in their original building, which became a museum.[5]. See here for more information.
1908 'The Breitfeld-Danek Engineering Company, Prague-Karolinental, with branch works at Aussig and Schlan (Bohemia), and at Blansko (Moravia), was formed of the following establishments :—The Danek Works, Karolinental, put down in 1854, and enlarged later by the acquisition of the Aussig factories, the latter having been started in 1862 by Baron Riese-Stallburg. The Danek Works were formed into a company in 1871, and the new concern shortly after acquired the engineering business of Breitfeld and Evans, which had been established in Prague since 1832. It acquired further, in 1882, the Franz Reska Engineering Works, Prague ; in 1897, Prince Salm’s Iron and Engineering Works, Blansko; and, in 1899, the works at Schlan, which belonged to Messrs. Bolzano, Tedesco, and Co.' This was followed by a description and illustrations of engines and water tube boilers. [6]. See illustration, and note the unusual piston arrangement.

1927 Merged with Českomoravská-Kolben (founded 1896) to form ČKD (Českomoravská Kolben-Daněk).[7]
