1933 Announcement. 'The various road transport interests owned Oswald Tillotson, Limited, have been consolidated into a single company. This is with the object of effecting closer and more economic working. For this purpose the capital of Bouts Brothers, Limited, has been increased from £53,000 to Ordinary shares, which £175,000 have been issued. Bouts Brothers have acquired the whole of the issued capital of Mac-Carriers, Limited, City Express Motors, Limited, W. V. Greenwood, Limited, and Same Day Deliveries. The name of the company will shortly changed to Bouts-Tillotson Transport, Limited, with Mr. Oswald as chairman and Mr. Leslie Bouts managing director.'[1]
