1905 Messrs. Boult, Wade, and Kilburn changed its name to Boult, Wade and Tennant when Mr Kilburn left to set up his own practice.

1912 Alfred Julius Boult retired.

1927 - April. Messrs Boult, Wade and Tennant patent agents, of 112, Hatton-garden, London E.C.I. announced from the 1st they took into partnership four of their senior technical assistants, Messrs R. S. Dolleymore, J. C. Rennie, A. Abbey, and T. B. Clerk, all Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents. The firm continued to practice under its present style.[1]

1949 Propietors of British Patent No. 576885 are prepared to sell or license British manufacturers to work thereunder. Address was 112, Hatton Garden, London, EC1.[2]
