1954 Bloctube Controls, Ltd. Bicester Road, Aylesbury, Bucks. T. ; Aylesbury 828. Mechanical controls.[2]

1961 Marine and aeronautical remote control specialists, also machining of components for aircraft industry and other industries. 170 employees.

1969 Owned by Boston Fishing Group Holdings who sold the company to Chadburn Holdings[3]. Bloctube Controls specialised in requirements for tugs, trawlers, etc.

1970 Bloctube Controls was moved to Liverpool and the name changed to Chadburn Bloctube.[4]
