1903 Started a bus service in Hagley Road.[1]

1904 incorporated in the Birmingham and Midland Motor Omnibus Co

1905 Had 16 motor buses in regular service - 15 by Milnes-Daimler and one by Durkopp. The company had recently leased a 24h.p. Thornycroft bus from the London Motor Omnibus Co., Ltd., and they have a Wolseley omnibus on order.[2]
