1856 Partnership change. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, George Binns, David Rothwell, and Edmund Stock, of Sowerby bridge, in the parish of Halifax, in the county of York, Machine Makers, under the style or firm of Binns, Rothwell, and Stock, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due and owing to or by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said David Rothwell and Edmund Stock, by whom the said business will henceforth be carried on...'[1]
