'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, George Binns, David Rothwell, and Edmund Stock, of Sowerby bridge, in the parish of Halifax, in the county of York, Machine Makers, under the style or firm of Binns, Rothwell, and Stock, was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
