Partnership of Thomas William Beverley and Charles Frederick Terry

1873 Charles Terry died.

1875 Patent to Thomas William Beverley, Engineer & Tool Maker, of the firm of Beverley and Terry, Special Tool Works, Sheffield, in respect of the invention of "improvements in slide surfacing and screw cutting lathes."[1]

1877 Dissolution of the Partnership between Thomas William Beverley and the late Charles Frederick Terry as Engineers, Machinists, and General Merchants, at Stanley-street, Wicker, Sheffield, as Beverley and Terry. Accounts would be settled by Thomas William Beverley. Also signed by Samuel Cocker on behalf of the late Charles Terry.[2]
