1863 Joined by Lawley Parker trading as Bent and Parker.

1869 Edward Lawley Parker, trading under the firm of Bent and Parker, of Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, Manufacturers, gave notice in respect of the invention of "improvements in fastenings for braces, belts, bands and other like articles.[1]

1900 Incorporated as a limited company. Whistle makers.

1914 Government contractors, manufacturers of military ornaments, badges, buckles, buttons, helmet and belt furniture. Employees 200 to 300. [2]
