1900 Incorporated as a limited company[1], 9, Ward’s Buildings, Deansgate, Manchester, to adopt an agreement with J. A. Bennett and R. H. Carlisle, and to carry on the business of cycle, motor car, and carriage manufacturers, engineers, &c. The first directors are J. A. Bennett and R. H. Carlisle
1904-1905 Made automobiles using the Aster engine
1905 James Arthur Bennett and Richard Henry Carlisle represented the company when it was acquired by Newton, Bennett and Carlisle[2]
