Benjamin Hall (1778–1817), MP and ironmaster, of Hensol Castle, Glamorgan

Married Charlotte, daughter of Richard Crawshay of Cyfarthfa, Glamorgan.

1802 Birth of their eldest son, Benjamin Hall, who became an industrialist and later a politician

1810 Inherited a three-eighths share of Cyfarthfa Ironworks on the death of his father-in-law, and was appointed executor.

1817 On Benjamin Hall's death, his brother-in-law William Crawshay obtained his shares in the works.
