1874 Resident Engineer and Supt. of Locomotive Dept is C. K. Domville
1881 Absorbed the Downpatrick, Dundrum and Newcastle Railway
1884 Absorbed the Belfast, Holywood and Bangor Railway
1889 Engineer is George P. Culverwell.[2]
1908 The line is 80¼ miles in length. [3]
1926 Charles A. Moore retired as general manager at the end of September. W. F. Minnis the traffic superintendent, became acting general manager.[4]
