Originally based in Elland, West Yorkshire,

1996 Beauford Group disposed of its last engineering business, Bradford Engineers, to Motherwell Bridge[1]. Perhaps this included the original Beauford Engineers which was based in Elland?

2003 Beauford Engineers was a subsidiary of Motherwell Bridge and Engineering Co Ltd that was acquired by Group Rhodes

2005 re-launched as a supplier of equipment for deep sea oil and gas exploration.

2009 Technology from this business, combined with that from the Rhodes Group’s aerospace division was used to launch Rhodes Environmental, a provider of processing technology to the waste management industry.
