1919 The Bass Rock Motor Company Limited was incorporated as a private company, with a capital of £6,000, to acquire the business of motor engineers carried on by the Bass Rock Motor Company, 1 Shrub Place, Edinburgh.[1]

1956 The company went into voluntary liquidation[2]
