Barrow Bridge

From Graces Guide
1906.

Built as a joint venture between the Fishguard and Rosslare Railways and Harbours Co and the Great Southern and Western Railway, the bridge spans the river Barrow between County Kilkenny and County Wexford in the south east of Ireland.[1]

It was designed by Sir Benjamin Baker in 1884 and built by the firm of Sir William Arrol in 1886.

The bridge opened in 1887.
