By 1964 was owned by General and Engineering Industries[1]

1970 Had developed a more advanced design of night storage heater and extended the range of library shelving[2]

1973 Transport and Chemical Engineering acquired Balmforth Engineering of Luton[3].

1973 Sold surplus land at Luton. Had decided to get out of textile machinery so would sell the 80 percent interest in Adamson Machines of Leeds[4]

1984 Supplied library shelving to the University of Exeter[5]
