Note: This is a sub-section of Austin.

First car produced by the company. It had 4.75in bore x 5in stroke and was limited to 900 rpm. It was chain driven and had a four-speed gearbox. Later had a drive using bevel gears.

The first prototype ran in April 1906. 67 cars were produced in 1906-07.

In 1908 it was upgraded and became the Austin: 40 h.p.
