One of the first women pilots of the Atlantic Ferry Organisation. She later recalled stories of flying across the Atlantic and UK in all types of aircraft, 58 in all.
1952 Married (2) to eccentric Sir Philip Brockenhurst at Rhu. She left Sir Philip during his old age
1975 Died in London as Lady Audrey Evelyn Brocklehurst
