Atkinson, Tootal and Co
1843 "THE Partnership lately subsisting between the under-signed, William Atkinson, Edward Tootal, and Reginald Simpson Graham, carrying on business in Manchester, and elsewhere, as Merchants and Manufacturers, under the style or firm of Atkinson, Tootal, and Company, expired, by effluxion of time, on the 1st day of August last. The business will be carried on as usual by the undersigned William Atkinson and Edward Tootal, under the firm of Atkinson, Tootal, and Company.—Dated the 2nd day of September 1843. Wm. Atkinson. 1847 "NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Atkinson and Edward Tootal, in the businesses of Merchants and Manufacturers, carried on under the firm of Atkinson, Tootal, and Co has been this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts owing by or to the concern will be received and paid by the said Edward Tootal, who will henceforth carry on the said businesses under the firm of Edward Tootal and Co.: As witness our hands this 31st day of December 1847. William Atkinson. Edward Tootal."[2]
