1960 Jacob's Bakery joined Associated Biscuits.

1967 U.K. Subsidiaries included:[1]

1982 Nabisco purchased Associated Biscuit Manufacturers.

1989 Associated Biscuits was purchased by Danone and renamed The Jacob's Bakery Ltd.
