1895 Apprentice at the Marine Works of South Eastern Railway, Folkestone

1898 Apprentice at Laird Brothers, Birkenhead

1900 City and Guilds Technical College, Finsbury

1901 Joined the Royal Navy

1906 Engineer Lieut. Royal Navy; transferred to Member of I Mech E

1976 Died in Petersfield[3]
