1902 Obituary [1]

ARTHUR C. MOORE died at Anerley on April 23, 1902, aged fifty-five years. He was a director of F. Braby & Co., Limited, and manager of that company's Deptford works.

He was an enthusiastic Freemason and took an active interest in local philanthropic movements and in the affairs of the Penge Urban Council, of which he was chairman in 1893, and the Lewisham Board of Works, of which he was a member.

He was elected a member of the Iron and Steel Institute in 1876.
