1904 The Arbee was a short-lived English automobile manufactured. The 6hp two-speed vehicle was advertised as having a "slow-running engine". May also have made the Dreadnought motor cycle.

1906 Company established.

1911 Rodgers Brothers acquired the gear manufacturing business of J. B. Hamilton and Co late of Unica Works, Southey-road, Tottenham, which they added to that of their own business of gear specialists and general engineers. The company also erected works at Baker-street, Brixton, London, S. W., and appointed P. F. Brittain, who was associated with J. B. Hamilton and Co as their sole agent, with offices at 110, Cannon-street, London. [1]

1917 Incorporated as a Limited Co.

1922 Manufacturer of machine-cut gearing of all types for motors and engines. Sole manufacturers of "Unica" noiseless gearing. Managing Director E. C. Rodgers.
