Angel Delight

From Graces Guide

Angel Delight is a powdered dessert product, produced in the United Kingdom. It is designed to be mixed and whisked with milk to create a mousse-like sweet dessert. The name has become a generic term for similar types of dessert, of which there are now many varieties available.

1967 Angel Delight was launched by the Bird's company with a strawberries and cream flavour.

1999 After a lull in popularity during the 1980s, a revival campaign was run, featuring Wallace & Gromit.

The brand is now the best-selling line in the UK instant cold desserts sector and is currently sold in five flavours: strawberry, butterscotch, chocolate, raspberry, and banana; three low-sugar variants are also sold. Former flavours include vanilla ice-cream, forest fruits, popcorn and candy floss.
