1961 Acquired by Powell Duffryn[1]

1961 Completed air conditioning installations for Ford at Halewood, the early warning station at Fylingdales Moor, and Rolls Royce Sinfin engineering offices[2]

1963 Merged with Weatherfoil as Andrews-Weatherfoil[3]

1967 Woodbank Works was closed and production transferred to Cardiff.[4]
