'...the Partnership which has for sometime past been carried on by David Woodroffe and Boyce Adams, under the firm of the Albion Iron Works Company, at Rugeley, Staffordshire, in the trade, or business of Agricultural Engineers and Iron founders, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. And that the same business will for the future be carried on under the same style and upon the same premises by the said David Woodroffe on his own account...'[1]
