1918 Incorporated as the Aberdeen Concrete Shipbuilding Company Limited, a private company with capital of £5,000 "to carry on the business of civil, electrical, mechanical and water supply engineers, ironfounders, shipbuilders and repairers".[1]
1923 The company went into voluntary liquidation in April.[2]
