'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned George Parkes, Frank Parkes, Harriett Parkes, and Lydia Parkes, carrying on business as Edge Tool Manufactures and Cut Nail Manufacturers, at the Coldfield Works, Dartmouth street, Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, under the style or firm of A. and F. Parkes and Co., was dissolved this day by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Lydia Parks.
