1890 He was partner in the firm of Evans, Livock and Co, of Buenos Aires and London, representatives in South America for Messrs. Kitson and Co., the Monkbridge Iron and Steel Co., the Vacuum Brake Co., etc.[4]
1891 They were resident in Oatlands, Weybridge, Surrey.[5]

1895 Evans went into partnership with Mr J. P. O'Donnell forming Evans, O'Donnell and Co railway signal engineers of Chippenham.[8]
1899 Dissolution of Evans, Livock and Co.
By 1901, the family had moved to Kington Langley, Chippenham, Wiltshire.[9]
