Scientific Study. - As we see it, is clear understanding of the principles involved in scientific Air Conditioning is of the utmost importance to the prospective purchaser, because such an understanding will enable him to perceive the advantages of Air Conditioning applied to his own requirements and will render him more capable of differentiating between scientifically designed equipment and equipment designed primarily to meet the prevailing cost. But it must be borne in used that once the scientific aspects of the given problem have been studied and the requirements determined, the apparatus which is to establish and maintain the desired conditions becomes the consideration next in importance to the purchaser.
Service. - Carrier Equipment is designed and installed with two thoughts uppermost in our mind. First, that the installation must be scientifically correct so that it will function to ensure the results which prompted its purchase, securing such results at the least possible operating cost, and, secondly, that the physical equipment itself must be capable of long service at minimum maintenance expense.
First Cost. - The question of first cost is not our primary consideration, because our twenty years experience has convinced us that the cost of owning "cheap" apparatus is far greater than the cost of buying apparatus properly suited to the functions it is to perform.
Reputation. - And always do we hold up before our own eyes the knowledge that each installation of Carrier Equipment is a link in the chain of evidence upon which our reputation is founded. Therefore, merely satisfying the client is insufficient. We must satisfy ourselves. And quite often, in fact, usually, that sense of responsibility backed by years of specialised experience in this one field, leads us to set a higher Standard of accomplishment than our clients themselves.
This is true because our engineers, trained to know the varied possibilities of scientific Air Conditioning, often perceive benefits entirely obscure to the purchaser, and we often accomplish more than was originally contemplated, even doubling or trebling the actual result-value of the installation.
Satisfaction. - Our conception of the service which the equipment mat render, is logically, even more comprehensive than that of the client. We know that the client's real satisfaction is based upon the operation of his equipment long after its installation. The kind of satisfaction which the purchaser feels on the day his new and bright equipment is first placed in operation is of small moment compared to his feelings on the subsequent anniversaries of that day, when it has had opportunity to Study the results accomplished against initial cost and maintenance.
Future. - All Carrier Equipment therefore is sold and designed to give the utmost satisfaction and service, never upon the basis of a low price with the intention of capturing your first (and only) order, without regard to satisfactory performance and future service.
Results. - And then, looking at it squarely, you don't buy Air Conditioning Equipment, anyway. You buy the results which the equipment can accomplish for you.
And we approach your problem, not with the equipment cost uppermost in our minds, but with the result-value of the job to you, as our guiding principle.
Profits. - It costs money to install Air Conditioning, but it costs much more not to, because Carrier Equipment invariably pays for itself in six to twelve months.
Air Conditioning. - Air Conditioning embraces Humidifying, De-humidifying, Refrigeration, Cooling, Ventilation, Heating or Drying. All under Automatic Control.
