Patent metallic cottage grand pianofortes, not liable to be affected by change of climate or weather.

Horizontal grand pianofortes, with metallic frames, above and beneath the strings, capable of resisting change of climate, or great tension, without interfering with the freedom or vibration of the sounding-board. The compass is nearly eight octaves, also an additional key-board of five more octaves, they have the notes in unison with and an octave below the pianoforte, with an improved and peculiar action, which, by means of small rollers, etc., produces a quick repetition of the touch.
