  • 1949 The company moved to Stroud in Gloucestershire. [3]
  • 1956 Patent - Improvements in loose leaf binders. [4]
  • 1961 Patent - Improvements in loose leaf binders. [5]
  • In 1962, Brimscombe Polytechnic, of Stroud, closed and was sold with the surrounding land for £13,000 to Bensons Tool Works. Bensons demolished the old buildings and built a new factory on the site.
