1849 Dissolution of the Copartnership between John Wilson, late of Sheffield, in the county of York, Merchant and Manufacturer, deceased, and John Wilson Hawksworth, Joshua Moss, and Joseph Ellison, carrying on business as Merchants and Manufacturers, at Sheffield, and in the United States of America, under the firm of Wilson, Hawksworth, Moss, and Ellison, and of Wilson, Hawksworth, and Company, ceased and determined on the 3rd of June last. All debts would be paid by John Wilson Hawksworth. Joshua Moss, and Joseph Ellison.[1]
Joseph Gamble became steel manager with the company
presumably then became Wilson, Hawksworth, Moss and Ellison before Wilson, Hawksworth, Ellison and Co
