1963 Bio Note [1]

Mr R. Stewartson, M.A. (Member), was educated at Stockton-on-Tees Secondary School and St Catharine's, Cambridge. After a two-year graduate apprenticeship with C. A. Parsons and Co. Ltd, he was appointed an assistant turbine designer with the company.

In 1948 he joined the United Steel Companies Ltd as a Technical Assistant.
