'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Samuel Alexander Benetfink, Robert Le Blond, and Abraham Le Blond, lately carrying on business as Furnishing Ironmongers, at Nos. 89 and 90, Cheapside, in the city of London, under the style or firm of Benetfink and Company, was this day dissolved as on and from the 3rd day of February instant, by mutual consent.
