Wolstenholme Bronze Powders of Bolton, Lancashire.

1967 New issue of shares - presumably incorporated as a public company; chairman P. L. M. Rink. The company claimed to be one of the 2 largest exporters of bronze powder in the world[1]

1968 Queen's Award to Industry for Export Achievement [2]

1977 Acquired Charles Openshaw, distributor of lithograhic printing plates[3] so was then recognised as a printing industry supplier.

1979 Changed name to Wolstenholme Rink, reflecting the surnames of the 2 founders.

1988 Acquired the offset metallic ink and aluminium paste business of Johnson and Bloy[4]

1996 Disposal of the resin division of Wolstenholme International[5]

2000 Acquired by Rutland Trust[6]
