1841 Living at Fir's Hill, Brightside, Sheffield (age 35), Merchant. With wife Elizabeth (age 35) and son John (age 10). Also resident is John Milner (age 60), Independant. [2]

1843 Retired from William Vickers and Co, as well as from Vickers and Son

1862 Not mentioned in the Directory of Sheffield and Rotherham.
