William Stothert (c1795-1860)

1795/6 Born in Bath, son of George Stothert (Senior) by his marriage to Elizabeth Asprey.

From 1819 or earlier, William and his brother John had taken over running of the ironmongery business of their father, George Stothert, which became J. and W. Stothert

c.1837 William retired from the ironmongers business of J. and W. Stothert.

1851 William Stothert 55, retired ironmonger, living in Walcot, Somerset with his wife Mary 52, and Marianne 23, William 22, Harriet 16, Sarah 14[1]

1860 William Stothert died in Bath[2]
