1851 Living at Market Place, Bishop Auckland: William Ramshaw (age 73 born Morrington, Durham), Retired Builder. With his wife Elizabeth Ramshaw (age 63 born St. Andrew Auckland, durham. Two servants.[1]

1854 July 19th. Died. 'At Bishop Auckland, on the 19th inst. aged 77 William Ramshaw, Esq., of that place.'[2]
