Died, July 20th, 186!, at his residence, Cwm Donkin Villa, William Kingston, Esq., C.E., in his 81st. year. He held the situation of master millwright and chief engineer in her Majesty's Dockyard Portsmouth for a number of years. He combined sterling worth with integrity of principle, and died as he lived, beloved and respected by all who knew him and he will be deeply mourned by his relatives and friends.
