WILLIAM HENRY WARDEN PROCTOR died at his residence in Warwick Road, Coventry, on December 18, 1934; he was fifty-eight years old.

He was Managing Director of the Wycliffe Foundry Co., Ltd., Lutterworth, Rugby, of Follsain Metals, Ltd., and of the Globe Foundry, Coventry.

He joined the Iron and Steel Institute in 1906.
