1935 The directors were considering transferring the work from Wellman Seaver Rolling Mill Co to the parent company, and then liquidating it[2].

1950 The work of Wellman Seaver Rolling Mill Co was transferred to the parent company[3].

1965 Wellman Engineering was divided into 5 major groups, one of which was Wellman Machines which included Wellman Rolling Mills[4].
