'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, in the business of Engineers, and Iron and Brass Founders carried on at Norwich, under the style or firm of Watts, Brothers, and Riches, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, so far as regards me the undersigned William Wiseman Watts; and that the said business will henceforth be carried on by us the undersigned Charles James Watts and Richard Robert Riches solely...'[1][2]
