1919 Private company founded.[1]

1922 Directors: W. J. Furse (Governing), W. F. Furse and H. J. Furse.

1937 Electrical installation engineers. [2]

1958 Acquired by E. V. Industrials together with W. J. Furse and Co of Nottingham.[3]

1961 Electrical and mechanical engineers and electrical contractors. 600 employees. [4]

1966 The W. J. Furse group was transferred from Electrical and Industrial Securities to Crown House in exchange for shares in Crown House[5].

1968 Acquired Padfield and Howes[6]

1973 Furse Installations became part of Crown House Engineering, based in Croydon.[7]

1986 Crown House became part of Coloroll.

1987 Sold to Thomas Robinson Group[8]
