'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Ferdinand Floran Villepigue and Louis Marie Stoffel, as Velocipede Manufacturers, carrying on business under the style or firm of the Veloce Company, F. Villepigue and Stoffel, at No. 16, Northumberland-street, Strand, in the county of Middlesex, and at Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, was dissolved on the 16th day of June instant, by mutual consent...'[1]
