1871 The Val De Travers Asphalte Paving Co was registered on 15 February, to take over the business of the Val de Travers Asphalte Co.

1900 Birmingham and Midland Counties Val De Travers Paving Cowas registered May 25, 1900, a second reconstruction of a company registered August 31, 1871, to acquire a concession from the Val-de-Travers Asphalte Paving Co, Limited.

1903 The Compagnie Generale des Asphaltes de France was absorbed. [1]

Sometime after 1913 the "Birmingham and Midland Counties" part of the title seems to have been dropped
