1882 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas Russom and John William Smith, carrying on business as Bicycle and Tricycle Makers and Machinists, under the firm of T. Russom and Co., at 34, North-street, Leeds, in the county of York, is dissolved, by mutual consent, as from the 1st day of May instant. All debts due or owing to or by the said firm will be received and paid by the said Thomas Russom, who will in future carry on the said business on his own account under the style of T.
