1820 Born in Leeds, son of William and Hannah Kitson[2], brother of James Kitson and William Kitson

1841 Thomas Kitson 20, engineer's apprentice, lived in Hunslet in the house of James Kitson 30, engineer, Ann Kitson 30, Fredrick Kitson 11, James Kitson 5, Mary Kitson 3, and also Martha Kitson 20[3]

Locomotive Superintendent, Great Luxembourg Railway.

1895 Died in Nottingham; one of his executors was Frederick Charles Kitson, engineer[4]
