1899 Company established by Thomas Hall (1858-1930)[1]; Thomas had been a butcher[2].

1901 Thomas Hall was a refrigerator manufacturer[3]

1914 Incorporated as a Limited Company.

1922 Joint Managing Directors: Edley Hall, Albert Graham Wood and Percy Williamson.

1929 The company was voluntarily wound up[4]

By 1939 Edley was a builder, estate developer[5]
