1884 March 31st. Born at Paddington the son of Charles William Barrington, Fruitier and Greengrocer, and his wife Fanny Barwell.

WWI Joined RR as head of the Derby design office

Married Gertrude Agnes Mattinson and had son Thomas Ferguson Barrington (1914-2002)

1943 June 30th. Died at the Packard Motor Co, Detroit. Described as a Civil Servant. Of Brook Cottage, Alderwasley, Derbyshire. Probate to his widow Gertrude Agnes Barrington.
