1930 Tube Investments acquired Talbot-Stead Tube Co[2].

1937 Manufacturers of steel tubes and bright drawn steel bars.[3]

1963 T.I. Stainless Steels formed to bring together the stainless steel interests of Accles and Pollock, Talbot Stead Steels and Chesterfield Tube[4].
